General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

1. Purpose: These T&Cs define the terms of sale between Chimane Accessories and any person making a purchase on the site.

2. Products: Jewelry, accessories, and perfumes are presented with the greatest care. Photographs are not contractually binding.

3. Prices: Prices are indicated in euros including VAT. Delivery costs are indicated before confirmation of the order.

4. Order: Any order placed on the site constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. A confirmation email is sent after payment has been validated.

5. Payment: Accepted payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay. Transactions are secure.

6. Delivery:
- Methods: Tracked Letter La Poste (€2.90), Mondial Relay (€4.50), Colissimo (€5.50)
- Indicative delivery time: 2 to 5 working days for mainland France
- Free delivery: from €50 of purchase

7. Right of withdrawal and returns: You have a legal period of 14 days after receipt to return a product.
Conditions: Product intact, unworn, in its original packaging. Return costs to be borne by the customer, unless we made an error.
Refund made within 14 days of receipt.

8. Guarantees: The products benefit from legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects.

9. Applicable law: These T&Cs are subject to French law.
